QUALITY ASSURANCE AND FIRM QUALITY BACKUP
The QC department consists of professionals specially trained in the electrochemical fields. They are in charge of our total quality management on a daily basis; Incoming material quality control(IQC); In Process quality control(IPQC); Outgoing quality control(OQC); Testing center for battery reliability and safety, Customer Service; Quality project, Instrument calibration and management. The whole process management establish firm base for better quality.

1 IQC
Perfect incoming quality control system effectively ensure quality of material.

2 IPQC
Monitoring production process through SPC tools.

3 OQC
Checking and monitoring all the finished products through adopting MIL-STD-105E sample system and automatic test equipments.

4 Battery Testing Center
Testing battery reliability, safety and utility according to standard requirement of IEC61951-2&UL2054.(For example; Capacity testing, Charge retention, Cycle Life, Short circuit, Crush test; Impact test, Vibration test; Heating test, Projectile test, Over charge & over discharge test; etc.

5 Instrument Calibration Center
Measuring and testing sets are calibrated by ourselves according to the highest international measure standards
