Our R&D team consists of senior electrochemical research, Doctors, Masters and Bachelors of Science. Ryder has attracted more and more experts in battery field. The R&D team engaged in year-around battery research projects. Our R&D center now includes Production Process Technology Group, New Product Development Group, Products Design Group, Electronic Design Group and Equipment Engineering Group.

In the center, we have test groups consisting of Battery Material Analysis Laboratory; Battery Performance Test Lab; New Battery Pilot Manufacturing Line; Battery Formation and Rating Group; and Battery Sample Team.
